BIOGRAPHY

I was an artist turned housewife, but divorce forced me to start over. Ghosted by my adult children, I spent decades in abject boredom, unable to paint. I wrote a journal of a failed housewife, certain no one read it.

Then someone did read my book, leading me to a man I didn’t realize I knew. In 1971, we were American kids who met in the Australian outback. Within days of reconnecting, we knew our lives had changed. I haven’t had a dull minute with Gerry Frey.

From tragedy to trauma, broken hearts to romance, reunions to forgiveness, I write novels defying convention: the funny, lovely, sexy truth of a divorced woman’s renewed faith.

I live, paint, and write the happily ever after in Texas.
