My novels have been called romantic and humorous, quiet and non-stop; stories of broken families and the blended ones that somehow rise from our perceived failures. My stories are full of faith, rogue church-lady prose, and the stubborn hope that love can still take root after the wreckage.

In my Saltair Series, I write about newly-married boomers who leave the city for a Texas ranch, while still loving prodigal children and carrying old scars.

I also write historical fiction set in Texas of 1850 to the Roaring Twenties — tragic loves, hard country, and the happiest of ever afters when the dust finally settles.
